Welcome back to school! The 2010-2011 school year is off to an A+ start! Students are familiar with their new classrooms, school policies and procedures are being practiced daily, and all are actively engaged with grade level curriculum. The annual Homer Davis parent welcome was a huge success with about 400 parents attending the event. This provided the opportunity for parents to meet classroom teachers and review all the activities that will take place over the course of this school year. Thank you for your continued support and for being involved with your children's education! As we begin the school year, it is important to review school goals that are established each year. Please help reinforce these goals by discussing each one and maintaining parental involvement with your child's progress:
